FTP receive the following free support services for 90 days after
the purchase date:
- Technical support
via telephone, faxes or e-mail.
- Free software update if software version
changes within 90 days of purchase.
- WEB / FTP download access for patches and
technical notes.
Subscription Service
This service allows you to keep your Beyond FTP
software up-to-date and receive continued product support after the 90
day warranty period has expired.
The service includes:
- Technical support
via telephone, faxes or e-mail.
- WEB / FTP download access for patches and
technical notes.
- Free software updates for the duration of
the subscription enrollment period.
- Notification of Major Releases
when they become available.
- Notification of Intermediate
Releases, which include correction of errors in programs
and new features slated for inclusion in the next Major Release,
when they become available.
Subscription Pricing
The Subscription Service fee is contingent upon
the timing of the product purchase and the subscription enrollment.
